The resort was clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. It’s easy to reach while still being away from the hustle and bustle. We had a comfortable, relaxing stay, with plenty of indoor and outdoor games for kids and adults to enjoy together. In the evening we gathered around a great bonfire with light music, then went home feeling rested and refreshed.

The food was the one good part of our stay. Everything else was disappointing, and the service was poor from beginning to end. Our extra bed was so hard and uncomfortable that we couldn’t sleep properly. There was a strong pesticide smell in the room, unpleasant especially with kids, and the lights were only fixed after we complained following check-in. Cleanliness was poor too. When our kids were swimming and we asked for towels, staff gave us wet, already-used ones. There were no proper washrooms or resting rooms for drivers, which caused considerable inconvenience. For the money, it wasn’t worth it and didn’t feel family-friendly. I wouldn’t recommend it to families expecting comfort and proper service.

Housekeeping was prompt and satisfactory, and the staff who helped move our luggage were courteous and helpful. Those were the few bright spots in a three-day stay from May 28 till May 30 ' 2026. The welcome and orientation sounded promising, but the experience fell well short of what we expected for the price. Wi-Fi was unreliable despite a list of nearly 10 networks and passwords, and there was no coverage near the swimming pool. We reported that gap, reception said a technician would fix it, but nothing changed over the three days. The pool was poorly maintained, with dry leaves floating in it. Most indoor games were unusable or incomplete: Table Tennis had a broken ball, Foosball had no ball readily available, badminton shuttlecocks were completely worn out, and Snooker cost extra. There was virtually nothing to enjoy as part of the package. The complimentary breakfast was average. We ordered tea around 8:00 AM and waited over 30 minutes. When we followed up, we were told it was delayed because the breakfast buffet had started, but it never arrived. The room telephone didn’t work, so contacting reception or requesting help was difficult. The AC was set to 23°C but never cooled the room adequately. Bathroom faucets were in poor condition and the water flow was extremely slow. Buffet lunch and dinner seemed reasonably priced at ₹950 + GST, but we were traveling with senior citizens and strict vegetarians, so chose à la carte. We waited over 20 minutes for drinking water even after several reminders, and nearly 2.5 hours for all the dishes. Only two staff members were handling à la carte orders, and several menu items were unavailable because of an LPG shortage. None of these operating issues had been disclosed when we booked, and the food itself was disappointing. These were the main problems, alongside several smaller ones. We expected much better service and maintenance. We wouldn’t recommend the resort or stay again.

The management team made the stay special, from welcoming us to giving us personal attention and making sure we were comfortable. The resort sits in the Coffee Estates, with greenery and fresh air that made for a real break from the city. We had an incredible stay and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to relax in nature with great service.
