The bar is decent, with drinks easy to get, and the spot right on the main road opposite the petrol pump is excellent. But the restaurant lets the place down. Food choices are very limited, with chicken often the only thing available and many menu items out of stock. Service comes across as casual and unprofessional, as if the restaurant isn’t a priority. With better attention to opening times, menu availability, and service, this could be much better. For now it feels more like a bar with a neglected kitchen than a full restaurant.

There’s a lovely view behind the hotel, and the location is okay, with the beaches not too far away. A temple and a petrol pump are right across the road. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy, and the prices compare well with other hotels. The service was good too.

The receptionist’s manner during our first interaction made for a very bad start. There’s no room service, and they don’t allow snacks or anything else in the rooms. They also charge extra if a room hasn’t been cleaned. I’d tell tourists to avoid booking here. If you do book, don’t pay the full amount upfront. This place doesn’t deserve a star.

The service was great, and soft drinks were available, but the food wasn’t good. The biriyani was especially bad, so don’t try it. Our room was spacious and good, and the bathroom had a bit of room too. We did find cockroaches, big spiders, and lizards inside.
