The staff were good, and the location is decent. It’s a large, nice venue for parties, whether it’s an engagement, anniversary, birthday, or another small function.

The DJ had a good sense of music, and the food quality and service were amazing. It’s an okay place for celebrations like anniversaries, birthdays, or ring ceremonies.

The room was comfortable and well kept, but the staff are what made my stay memorable. They were warm and attentive from the start. Receptionist Farha made check-in easy and shared useful information about the area, going out of her way to help. I’m grateful to the whole team for such outstanding service. I’d be happy to recommend the hotel to friends and colleagues, and I look forward to coming back.

I was highly disappointed. Food arrived cold, the starters were third-rate, and dinner service was late. There were no heating arrangements for the food dongas. With two functions happening at once and no placards, guests were confused. Parking was unavailable, and there were no signs showing the hosts or pointing to the lift.
