This was my second visit, and I chose the same hotel again based on the previous stay. Glad I did, it was one of my best stays lately. The rooms were very clean, service was great, and the staff were polite and professional. Food was up to the mark, and the central city location was apt. In winter, you usually have to ask for a blower, but they provided one here. I'd recommend it to people visiting Prayagraj.

Breakfast was good, though the menu repeated and there wasn't much choice. The food overall was good, and the staff were superb and very helpful, especially Mr. Himanshu at Reception. The hotel has good hygiene, clean linen and washrooms, proper amenities, and enough space. It's near Prayagraj Jn Station on the Civil Line side of MG Rd, under the Indian Coffee House, a city landmark in this area.

The AC still wouldn't cool after I changed rooms twice, despite paying ₹3500-4000. Staff kept telling me it was fine and the weather was pleasant. The service was very poor, and I can't recommend the hotel. It isn't worth the price.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room was spacious, clean, decorated, and stocked with amenities. Everything in the facilities was spotless and well maintained. Staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive from arrival, and check-in was smooth. My stay at Vitthal international exceeded my expectations. One of my best hotel experiences, and I'd happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and great service.
