The receptionist's arrogant tone ruined my mood, and he was completely rude when I arrived. He denied the booking terms and accused me of lying, so I had to pay more than I was told. The rooms are tiny, and the building is being maintained, with lots of noise in the room. The location is very opposite to the road. There was no room service, the telephones were always dead, and the washroom had no handwash. Very pathetic. Never book this hotel.

There was no food, the toilets were in very bad condition, and maintenance was poor. The place is really Kamdhenu Inn, with no FabHotel Bliss Inn sign, and seeing it for the first time will leave you very disappointed. In short, a waste of money. I also wouldn't book through Fab Hotels, since they won't consider your issues once you've checked in.

There’s no lift, and you won’t find a market or food court nearby. The hotel doesn't supply food either. Communication is good, though, and the rooms are fine. It's 1 K.M from Prayagraj Junction Rly Station.

The room itself was okay, but the linen was really dirty, especially the bedsheet. They turned down my request to change it, so the experience was poor overall.

I asked for water two or three times, but they still didn't bring any. They didn't even give me a single bottle.
