The floor looked like it had never been wiped or even dusted, and the dustbins were full of pan masala spit. There were swarms of mosquitoes in the rooms. When we asked staff to deal with them, they sprayed insecticide from a bottle, leaving its smell for 4-5 hours while mosquitoes kept biting us. This hotel is very poorly maintained, and the rooms aren’t clean. I wouldn’t stay here with family. The staff are impolite and scamsters. For a pre-reserved room, we got only hand wash and towels, and those arrived 12 hours after check-in. There was no soap or anything else.

The AC in my room wouldn’t cool, and the manager and staff made sure the stay was as uncomfortable as possible. Service at this place has gone seriously downhill. The staff were rude and completely careless, and there was no hospitality at all. One of the worst serviced oyos. Oyo always disappoints. I don’t recommend this place; I’d prefer a lodge.

The attitude was very bad, with rude behavior and the worst service experience. They gave us rooms without cleaning them, with dirty bed sheets, and didn’t even provide water. We checked in at 10.00 AM, and at 11.52 we were still waiting for the sheets to be replaced. Worst property.
