The breakfast was a letdown: we were promised a buffet but got a very basic, limited meal instead. The tea bags and milk powder in the room also seemed old. The bathtub looked unhygienic and poorly cared for, especially for a room at that price. We had booked for three people, but there was only a double bed and no proper extra bedding, which made things very uncomfortable. The room wasn't ready when we arrived, and the balcony and other parts of the premises were untidy. When we raised concerns, reception was rude and unprofessional, and requests for help were delayed or ignored. The stay showed poor coordination and housekeeping.

The room wasn't cleaned during our stay from 4th to 6th February, even though I asked more than once. After repeated complaints, someone came just to sweep, which isn't proper room service. Room service never answered my calls. To order food, we had to go find someone in the kitchen or call reception several times. Breakfast was also a concern, since leftover food from the previous night was served. The poor coordination and lack of supervision made for a very disappointing stay. Treebo Premium Landmark Hotel doesn't live up to its “Premium” branding, and I wouldn't recommend it.

The location made it easy to get around Allahabad, and the food was good. I found the staff helpful and polite, and check-in went smoothly. My room was clean, comfortable, and well looked after. The stay felt relaxed and safe, and good value for the money. I'd happily return to Hotel Landmark.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel. I've stayed here twice, and neither time was there a buffet. They said there was no buffet because of low staffing, and the price is also much higher than other hotels. The geyser didn't work either, and the staff's behavior was very poor. On 12/12/2025, they told me at 8:30 that breakfast would come to my room in 10 minutes, since a buffet wasn't possible that day. I agreed, but had to leave by 9:00 because my boss was waiting at the Bus Station. After several unanswered calls, reception kept asking me to wait five minutes while breakfast was being prepared. Nothing arrived by 9:00, even after 30 minutes. I went to reception and complained. The receptionist apologized for the missing breakfast and said she'd complain about the employee, but also insisted I pay 105 rupees for tea I'd had the previous night. I had paid extra for breakfast, so why wasn't that money returned when they didn't provide it? Anyone booking here should be careful, especially if counting on breakfast.

I really liked the rooms and the lighting. Landmark is a decent, lovely place for a longer stay, and I enjoyed my time there.
