They put me in a room on the third floor, and I had to manage my luggage alone. There was no lift and no room boy to help. The receptionist was rude too. I can’t recommend this place.

The owner was rude and showed no courtesy to customers. There was a cockroach in the Poha at breakfast, the charges were exorbitantly high, and the staircase wasn’t proper. Pathetic service.

The staff at Starcity Hotel were wonderful from the moment we checked in. They looked after me and my aged mother and made sure we were comfortable. They also gave us useful guidance on getting around Prayagraj and places to visit, which made our trip easier and more enjoyable. The accommodation was extremely comfortable, with clean, well-maintained rooms, and the food was excellent, with a variety of delicious, hygienic meals. We came for a holy dip, and the stay was memorable. Warm hospitality, thoughtful help, and great service. I highly recommend it for a peaceful, hassle-free stay.

The hotel infrastructure is good, but the staff were rude and unprofessional. The person at reception was unpleasant. When I went for breakfast, they said they had no gas cylinder, so they couldn’t make it. They suggested I go to Sun City Hotel, but the staff there said breakfast would be chargeable.
