Sunrise Vista Inn

The property was in a convenient spot near the places we needed to visit in Prayagraj, and the rooms were well furnished with attention to small details. I came from Mumbai with my mother for my father’s last rites, and the experience was definitely a great one. Sumit and Shivam were wonderful, kind, polite, and helpful with the many things we asked about. We were confused about quite a bit, and they patiently helped us throughout. I’d highly recommend the place, and I’m grateful to both of them for how kindly they treated us.

We arrived to find the rooms in very poor condition, with dirty washrooms, bad spills and stains, and a strong fresh-paint smell that made it uncomfortable to stay. I’d booked for 13 people over the phone. They were in a rush to collect payment and asked for ₹3000 upfront. When I complained, staff refused to help and said nothing could be done. The waiter also gave false information. Someone who had been introduced earlier as the owner was later denied as the owner, and they started lying. They wouldn’t return my ₹3000 advance despite the room condition. Very disappointing, and I don’t recommend this hotel.

The rooms were extremely small and nothing like the ones shown online, so the stay felt suffocating and not worth the price. We booked expecting comfort, but decided to cancel right away. The hotel still refused to refund us. That felt completely unfair and unprofessional. If a customer cancels immediately because they’re dissatisfied, the least they could do is discuss a solution. Highly disappointing, think twice before booking.

The rooftop had amazing vibes, and the room looked like new. I had a wonderful stay with excellent service. A nice budget option near Sangam, Rambagh railway station, or Prayagraj Junction. Such a wonderful property.
