Rooms were nice, the service was too good, and the food was awesome. It's a perfect place to stay. It may be a little more expensive than other budget hotels, but it's worth it.

Service wasn't good, and they don't stick to commitments. If you book 2 rooms, they may make you adjust in one. They try to extract money.

The rooms were decent and the food and service were good. But we had to switch rooms twice because of an AC problem. In the third room, the washbasin tap wasn't secured and the whole thing revolved.

The best thing about the hotel is that it's within walking distance of the railway station. Food outside is good, but the ambiance is below average and the rooms have slightly old interiors. It's not a cost-effective option. Unmarried couples aren't allowed, and even young married couples have to prove they're married, so keep documents with you.

The reception was fantastic when booking. They answered my calls even in the wee hours to confirm the booking, and we were welcomed well despite arriving at 2 am. The location is good, close to the railway station, with easy access and prompt responses. It felt peaceful and suitable for families and kids. We couldn't stay long since we were out sightseeing most of the time.
