My worst experience. There were spiders beside the bed, the floor was dirty, and the towels hadn’t been washed. The sheets were dirty too, while the dusty blankets and pillows had stains and a very strange smell. The staff weren’t cooperative at all. It wasn’t worth it.

The rooms were terrible, and the management’s behavior was even worse. They did help us a little, but they seemed very focused on money and treated us really badly. I had a horrible experience. Families, please don’t choose this place.

After taking a large amount of money, the main person told us to leave the hotel, claiming we hadn’t paid them. Why are OYO and Goibibo promoting a hotel like this on their sites? This is a safety issue. If something happens, who will be responsible?

We were asked to pay a ₹600 tariff difference, even though the offline price was Rs 1400 and the online booking price was Rs 820. We had arrived 01:30 hr before check-in, but we had not asked for early check-in. The hotel later blamed the extra charge on that anyway. Staff and owner were rude, and they wouldn’t even let us sit while we waited. Oyo customer care didn’t listen either. I feel the hotel and OYO lure people in with big discounts, then demand the fare difference after the customer has paid in full, or keep the booking money if the booking is cancelled. Either way, they benefit.

The AC in the room we booked wasn’t working, and there were no complimentary basics like water, soap, or shampoo. After booking through Oyo, they demanded extra money as a tariff difference and threatened to cancel the booking without paying the cancellation charges. The staff were rude and arrogant. Worst stay of my life.
