We stayed at Hotel Sami V Landmarks in December, and it was better than I expected. The room was spacious for the price, clean, and hygienic, making it a good place for a two-night stay. The other side of the hotel shown on the website looks more like a resort. My family loved it enough that we added one more night. We'd book here again and recommend it to others for a future stay. Thank you.
The place has a good ambience and the area is very neat and clean. It felt safe to stay here, and I'd recommend it to others. I hope to get another chance to stay here in the future.
The location is convenient, but the rooms had problems and weren't up to par. The service also left a lot to be desired.
I spent one night here. The standard room was clean and neat, with plenty of space for two people, and the AC worked well. There's car parking and a lift too, so it worked well for a short trip.
There was no one at reception when we checked out, so we had to call the front office person at home. He took half an hour to arrive, then told us there was no card swiping machine. Service was very poor throughout. Just five minutes after check-in, he had already started an argument, giving us a terrible welcome as new guests. For a place calling itself a luxury hotel, there was no fan in the room, so the only choices were to use the AC or turn it down. There was only one boy to handle service for the whole hotel.
