The room was filthy, service was poor, and there wasn't even a tea kettle. I booked for three people through MMT and showed them proof that I had paid for all three, but they still charged for an extra person for two days. This happened at poona FABB. Watch out for this kind of behavior.

Don't trust the ratings. There's no proper approach road, and getting inside means climbing a small wall. They provided towels that were useless and there was no room service. This was the shadiest property I've ever visited. The Truecaller names are 100% genuine. Don't come here.

The road noise outside was the only downside, and that's not something the hotel can control. The people were exceptionally polite and gentle, and the food was really tasty. I ordered chicken handy and biriyani and enjoyed both. I'd definitely visit again.

There was no Fab hotel name on the property, and the online phone number was out of date, so I couldn't reach them. The room wasn't clean and the bedsheet had a stain. They should update the name online too, or it'll mislead people.

Whenever I come to Pune, I stay at this hotel in hadapsar. It's affordable, the AC rooms are clean, and the staff and room service are really nice.
