Collection O 84516 Hotel Royce Studios

I paid in full but was still refused check-in. The staff were rude and unprofessional, and later the property manager abused me on a call just because I'd left honest feedback. I complained to OYO too, but the owner stayed arrogant and unapologetic. It was a deeply disappointing experience, and I didn't feel guests were treated with respect or made safe.

The washroom was dirty, and the room was very unclean. The mattress was dirty too and had lots of bed bugs. When I raised it, the receptionist said the hotel had been closed, so there could be bugs.

I really enjoyed the view of the surrounding area from my room. It was spacious, bright, and spotless, with tasteful modern decor. The king-size bed was comfortable, and the bathrobes, slippers, and other amenities were top-notch. Everything seemed set up for guest comfort.

At 11 pm, three of us, all women, were standing there when the receptionist threatened my family, demanding payment to his own QR code instead of the OYO payment page or he wouldn't let us stay. He even said OYO was stupid with its policy because he wanted more money. I paid 1680, and for what they charged, the rooms and service were awful. The room was dusty, the bathtub was rusted, and the taps didn't work. There were no tissues, soap, or water. We couldn't open the windows because there was so much dust, and the washroom window was broken so people outside could see in. Please don't go here with family.
