The food choices at Crystal executive covered different tastes, and the staff were quick to help and genuinely friendly. My room was clean and comfortable, with the basic appointments in place. The property has a pleasant feel and sits conveniently near katraj. I was very impressed with my stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place where guests are clearly looked after.

The staff were attentive and friendly, and they handled our requests promptly. My room was tidy and comfortable, with curl on beds and good staffs.

People mainly seem to come here for the bar. The biriyani is too spicy, though the price is moderate. The toilet was in terrible shape and clearly isn't being maintained. A really bad experience, frdz.

The staff were rude, the food was poor, and I couldn't find any cleanliness. There's nothing much nearby, and the hotel sits in a really dusty area. I wouldn't come back even at gunpoint. Honestly, I've had better from tatti.

There were no lights all night, starting from 2am. I called the owner around 4am, and he said he'd check with the manager. I called again around 4.30am, but didn't get an answer. A very bad experience.
