FabExpress Sun n Shine

We went downstairs to cancel within 15 minutes of entering the room, but they said cancellation wasn’t possible and refused to refund the money. They still took ₹300 from us. We’d seen cockroaches on the floor and on the TV as soon as we entered, and the toilet was very dirty. The rooms were awful. A very bad experience.

I arrived to find out the hotel was sold out, and they didn’t give me a room despite my booking. Very bad service from fab hotel. I wouldn’t recommend booking this place online.

The bedsheets and linen smelled really bad, and the rooms looked as if they hadn’t been opened in ages. The staff were very unwelcoming too. Then they tried to put us in a non AC room with a bathroom leak. Mosquitoes kept us from sleeping. A thoroughly bad stay.

The rooms were dirty and had a stinky smell. Outside the window was a very unpleasant sight, with condom packets, pregnancy kits, and cigarette packs everywhere. The reception guy was rude and denied my FabExpress booking, saying there was no booking. I tried calling FabExpress customer support, but the number I’d used to book the hotel wasn’t reachable. This hotel is also tied up with OYO. The receptionist showed OYO customers the FabExpress app’s booking list and said there were no rooms, then did the reverse for FabExpress customers, showing the OYO app. I saw him continue the same rude behaviour with another family who arrived shortly after us. If no rooms were available, why did FabExpress take 25% of the booking amount?
