The hospitality and food were good, and the rooms and service were okay to live with if air conditioning isn’t a priority. I tried two different rooms on different days, and both ACs were poor. One leaked water all night, while the other couldn’t cool the room to the set temperature even at 16. The hotel is inside a society, so it’s quiet, which is nice if you want some peace.

The main hassle is getting here from DP road. Some of the lanes are narrow, so driving through can be a bit tricky. We stayed one night after driving from Delhi to Pune, and paid INR 2800. The reception area is nice, the rooms are fairly large, and there’s room for an extra mattress for a family of three. Staff were friendly, breakfast was good, and it felt like good value for money.

The photos gave a misleading impression. The sheets were stained, the rooms were very dirty and unsanitary, and even after changing rooms twice, the second room still had lots of cockroaches. They put hit, but it didn’t help; the bugs were still everywhere. Room service was poor too. It took 20 minutes to bring hot water, and by then the water wasn’t hot. There wasn’t a kettle either. This was the worst stay I’ve had.

We got to the property and found out our room had been given to someone else. We’d told them we’d be arriving late and had been reassured that the booking was confirmed. When we asked what had happened, the manager/receptionist denied getting any calls from us, couldn’t explain why the room had been given away, and was rude and condescending. He offered no help. We felt unsafe and cheated. The property also looks nothing like its deceptive website photos. I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through this, so save yourself the trouble and don’t book here. I wish I could give zero stars or a negative rating, but the lowest option is one.
