There were used condoms in the dustbin, and the bedsheet had red and black stains and didn’t seem properly washed. The AC wasn’t working right either. The washroom smelled really bad, and the toilet wasn’t flushing properly. I’d recommend that the FabHotels team check their hotels and rooms regularly instead of blindly trusting the local workers.

We booked three rooms because we had a wedding to attend, but the apartment was in such poor condition that we sent our parents to stay somewhere else. Don’t be fooled by the photos. It’s a one-bedroom service apartment with very poor upkeep. The rooms reeked of cigarettes, the toilets were dirty, and one room had no water in the toilet or basin all night. The balcony doors had no latches. There’s no room service, and anything they bring comes from a tapri outside. Please avoid booking unless you’ve run out of all other options.

The room was really dirty, and the staff were rude with no humanity at all. Please don’t book here, save yourself time and money.

This was a terrible stay for my parents, who were there as a family. I’d never tell anyone to stay here. I booked what was called a hotel, but it turned out to be a service apartment. The room stank, service was zero, and the staff were among the worst I’ve come across. I’d paid for complimentary breakfast expecting something like a proper buffet. There wasn’t even a restaurant or a place to sit and eat. They brought exactly 30 grams of poha and 20 ml of tea from a “tapri.” When we asked for more, they said “itna hi milta hai.” Ridiculous. They didn’t provide a water bottle either, and there was nobody available to help my senior parents get one. I believe this place is only “couple frinedly,” where guests don’t need service and leave after a couple of hours. Don’t stay here with family or even for one night.
