The location is good, with things easily available nearby. But the service was so poor I'd give it zero stars.

The rooms weren't good, and there was no hot water. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're working professionals.

Staff were very supportive during my two-day stay after relocating to Pune. The location is really good, and Eminent serves breakfast from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM. Since check-in is at noon, you can't get breakfast on your first day.

We booked two rooms for one day. They were just OK, and there were cockroaches in them, so management really needs to arrange pest control. There's no restaurant attached to the hotel, though they do arrange breakfast. Baner has plenty of places to eat, so that part wasn't an issue. Just OK, not great.

My flight was delayed, and the hotel agreed to let me check out at 1:45 PM. They said this depended on room availability. I stayed for a day, and the visit was pleasant. The hotel is well maintained and in a good location. A very good experience!
