The hotel's location makes it a good option whether you're in town for work or just to relax. My room was clean and cozy, with really beautiful decor, and the stay went smoothly without any interruptions. It felt like one of the most premium, leisurely places I've stayed so far.

The photos on Agoda were very different from the actual place, and I wouldn't recommend staying here. Our room wasn't clean or properly set up when we checked in, and we had to call reception for a dustbin, hand wash, and TV remote that were missing. The room lock also didn't work. A horrible experience.

They refused check-in for me and my 75 year old father, even though we'd booked through Agoda. They said they'd told Fab hotel not to accept bookings for that date. The hotel felt shady, and the staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. I won't go near Fab hotels again.
