If you're tall, I'd avoid this hotel. We were on the first floor, and the place didn't feel clean or attractive. The shower is low, and the toilet and sink are so close together that I kept banging my right knee. Dust covered the cupboards and floors, and our clothes got dirty. They provided 500 ml water bottles instead of 1 liter ones. There's no restaurant, though room service is offered, and we couldn't find a decent place to eat or even a food outlet nearby.

We eventually paid the balance based on the booking rate and left. The amount the hotel wanted was much higher, and when we asked why, the management was rude. FabHotels customer care wouldn't help and later stopped answering our calls. Our experience with both FabHotel and Shourya Residency was terrible.

It's right by a Pune Municipal Corporation garbage dumping site. Don't open the windows, the smell is awful. Hospitality gets zero stars. Pathetic in every way.

The rooms feel cramped, and parking the car in the queue was really frustrating. Room service was poor, and the complimentary breakfast wasn't up to standard. Not worth the money overall.

Parking was really cramped, and so were the rooms. Breakfast was complimentary in name only, served in the basement where the parking area was meant to be. For the price, it wasn't worth it.
