Fabhotel Prime Stay Inn

We were charged an extra 5K for using the dining hall for our outside caterer to serve lunch, but that charge was never mentioned from the day we booked. Hotel staff and vendors also took plates and ate lunch, which increased our caterer bill. We didn't object to them joining in, since it was an auspicious, happy event for us. I booked 14 rooms for two days for my wedding guests, around 40 people, and the Hotel Sky Inn management made it a disaster. We paid extra per person for a customized breakfast instead of the complimentary one. When breakfast came, guests got the regular menu, not what we'd agreed and paid for. That complimentary breakfast was poor too, with only two main dishes, Poha and Pav bhaji, and Poha was unavailable for half the time. Guests even waited 10 minutes for water because the dispenser bottle was empty and they had no more. They knew a large group was arriving, yet breakfast items and even drinking water weren't ready. It showed how unprepared, untrained, and inexperienced the staff were. We had also been promised early check-in when booking. As the date approached, they changed their story and denied it the day before. Guests waited until the official 12 PM check-in, but some assigned rooms still weren't ready and were being cleaned. When we asked staff to take luggage to the rooms, management said they had limited staff, so they could either move luggage or clean the pending rooms. There were plenty of other room problems: no hot water in the bathroom, bathroom lights that didn't work, and no lobby or common area to wait in. The hotel's only draw seems to be its closeness to some marriage gardens, banquets, and a nearby stadium. They sweet-talk you while taking the booking and money, then I felt they cheated us at every turn. I wouldn't book with Hotel Sky Inn.

The view from my room was one of the best parts of my week-long stay. Breakfast was included and convenient, though I wish there'd been a little more variety. Staff were friendly, easy to approach, and ready to help, and I was impressed by how professional they were. My room was very clean and well maintained, with housekeeping every day. The washroom was spotless too, which made the stay comfortable. I had a very comfortable time and would consider coming back.

The location along the road is okay, but a lot of things are missing from the rooms. The mattress quality wasn't good, and the pillow was very, very bad. Otherwise, the facilities are at all.
