The staff were so rude and misbehaved with customers. The price shown was different from what they actually charged, which was much higher. Very bad, don't go. Bad facilities.

The location is very interior. The entrance door looked so bad it gave me a poor impression before we even went in. There are no lifts and no Wi-Fi. The washroom door was locked, with the key left next to the wash basin, so they already knew about the problem. But how would the customer know? I went down three floors again, and the front desk people told me about the key. Very poor. Thank God there was no lizard like that.

The hotel staff came across as neglectful and not customer friendly. I wouldn't choose this place, especially through the Agoda service portal. I also wouldn't book breakfast through bookings.

I booked four nights but checked out the next day after a very bad stay. The rooms smelled awful, and there was no laundry service. Breakfast came on unwashed plates that room service had eaten from. The room service staff also came in wearing just a vest and underwear.

The location is nice, and the rooms were really clean with the best basic amenities. The staff service was great too. A must visit!
