I stayed at stay inn for 8 days, and the experience was deeply disappointing. I only latched the room instead of fully locking it when I stepped out briefly. Hotel staff entered without permission, photographed my personal items, and invaded my privacy. That's completely unacceptable. I expected a safe, respectful environment, but didn't get one. I urge management to act immediately and make sure this kind of breach never happens again.

We had paid for two rooms for five people online while heading to Pune for a morning meeting. When we got there at 2:30 am, they told us nothing was available because the rooms had already been booked elsewhere. They said to go to another hotel and that they weren't responsible for our advance payment. The way he spoke to us was rough and completely irresponsible. A very bad experience, please don't stay here.

The location listed on MakeMyTrip wasn't accurate. The room also looked nothing like the photos, and the walls were damp all over. There was no food available at the hotel. I'd call the stay average at best.

This is a bare-bones place. The room was extremely dusty and there was no AC. Wi-Fi and electricity kept cutting in and out. The water heater took ages too, around 15-20 minutes just to fill one bucket with hot water for a bath.

Cockroaches were all over the room, including on the bed, and they wouldn't move us to another room. Easily the worst hotel experience I've had. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
