The one real plus is the central location. Everything else was disappointing. We paid 2800 INR for a room with a bathtub, which felt overpriced for its condition. There was no hot water in the tub. Room 203 was a mess, with dirty sheets, stains on the floor and counter, and no toiletries or tissues. They later moved us to room 202. It was okay, though we still had to ask for tissues and toilet paper. In the middle of the day, they woke us to say the mattress had to be changed. That should have happened before check-in. I asked if they could do it later, but was told it had to happen then. After half an hour nobody had come, and we were told they would change it the next day. For 2800 INR, the room was only okay and definitely not worth the price. The hotel also felt like it was still under construction, with new furniture stored in the lobby. There’s a restaurant and banquet hall in the same building, and the hotel seems connected to both. Breakfast was brought to the room instead of served buffet-style, and the service was poor. If you’re visiting with family and want a decent place, don’t get fooled by the reviews and photos. Look for another budget-friendly hotel in the area.

The rooms were neat, and the washroom and appliances like the AC and geyser all worked. The location is convenient, around 10-12 minutes from Swargate, and you can easily order food from the popular Modak Hotel in the same building. There’s traffic noise from the busy road in the evening, though it quiets down later at night. They don’t provide basic toiletries like towels, a toothbrush, or toothpaste, so I had to ask at reception. The price feels a little high, mostly for the prime location near Swargate and Modak Hotel. Also, ask reception for the right number to call from the landline. It’s a good place to rest or sleep after being out all day, but if you plan to spend much time indoors, you might find a better stay elsewhere.

The place had a peaceful, relaxing feel, and the food was delicious with plenty to choose from. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were polite and attentive, and always willing to help. I had a really pleasant stay and would recommend it to anyone wanting comfort and good service.

The food was very good, and there’s a restaurant in the same building. My room was clean and the AC worked well. Reception service was excellent too. The hotel is on the highway, and I had an enjoyable stay. Recommended.
