The staff made the stay especially enjoyable. They were polite, supportive, and ready to help, and the rooms were clean, well kept, and peaceful. HMR Royal Inn, Katraj has a pleasant, classy feel as soon as you walk in. It was a wonderful stay, with excellent service and a relaxing atmosphere. I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The receptionist was kind and accommodating, and helped us a lot. The rooms were spacious, though they seemed to have been unoccupied for a while. They smelled of fresh paint and the lighting was a little dim. It seemed like good value for a boys' trip and a night away, with good service.

It's easy to get to, and the service was good, especially from Jasmin (I hope I spelled it correctly) at reception. The room had AC and the room service was good too. It can be noisy if you're on the road side.
