Hotel Sunshine By OYO Rooms

I booked another hotel and cancelled it after a man who answered the call said a room was available for 1500/-. I'd told them clearly that I would arrive at 7 pm and check out at 7 pm the next day, 11/10/2025. My dates were 10/10/2015-11/10/2025. I checked in by 7 pm, but at around 11:30 the next morning, the man at the front desk told us to leave. I reminded him we were checking out at 7 that evening. He had no clarification, came into our room arguing, and then I went downstairs to show him our chats. He called them edited. The owner should hire someone who can at least read some English. They asked me to pay another 1500, and after bargaining I paid 800 for six hours. Before 7 pm he called again. If he'd called after 7, that would have made sense. Please don't stay there and have a bad experience. If you doubt me, check the CCTV footage.
