Hotel Vishwas by OYO Rooms

I decided to leave after repeated arguments about service timings and costs, on top of the poor service and exorbitant prices. The situation became especially bad with a staff member who wore glasses. They were rude and disrespectful throughout our interaction, and when I said I was unhappy and leaving, they tore up our identity Xerox copies in front of us. That was completely unprofessional and left a terrible impression. I’d urge prospective guests to think twice about staying here.

FabHotel Dwarka in Ambegaon, Pune was in a convenient spot for exploring the city and its attractions. My room was clean, comfortable, and had the amenities I needed. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and made me feel at home. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend it for a comfortable time in Pune.

The children’s amenities and pool were a hit with my kids and the rest of us. We had an amazing time staying there, with a five star experience from start to finish.

I paid the full amount in advance, breakfast included, but they refused to give it and said they don’t provide breakfast. They also didn’t provide a kit or towel. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here.
