The rooms are very spacious, and the place is clean and hygienic. The staff are helpful and nice, and the location is excellent, among lots of greenery near the Osho International retreat centre. I’ve visited four times and keep coming back for that spot, even though the bedside switches still don’t work. The other facilities aren’t that great, so don’t expect anything grand, but I’d recommend it.

The greenery around the property is peaceful, and the outside looks quite nice. The service was decent, but the rooms need maintenance. There wasn’t a single dustbin in the large living area, bedroom, or washroom, and basic things like a comb and hair oil weren’t available. Breakfast was okay, though more options would help. I understand that a purely vegetarian restaurant wouldn’t serve eggs, but they could add juice and another food item. Getting hot water also took about 5-10 minutes of running the regular water first.

The food and ambiance at the restaurant were awesome, and the whole place had a blissful feel. Our room 204 was really, really big, with a spacious balcony. We stayed at mint for four days, and Manish, Amruta, and Mahesh made everything pleasant and hassle-free. Whatever we needed was just a phone call away, dial 0 and they’d come. The rooms were awesome, the service excellent, and the staff warm and friendly. Hope I can come back soon.

The kitchen was being upgraded, so I couldn’t try the food. They do let you order from Swiggy, zomato, and other delivery services, though. The rooms and bathroom were clean, and the ambience was good. There’s ample parking too. If I need a hotel nearby again, mint KP will be my first choice.

The rooms are spacious, around 380-390 square feet for the regular rooms, and the property sits in a lovely patch of lush greenery. It could be such a beautiful place to stay. The downside is that it hasn’t been looked after well. If they took care of the maintenance and gave it a full revamp, I think it could become a peaceful go-to in Koregaon Park, with people waiting to book.
