Miraya Inn

We paid ₹11,000 online for four days, but the room was in very poor shape. It hadn’t been maintained properly, and there were several empty beer bottles on the balcony. The cleanliness and upkeep were unacceptable. We arrived around 11:00 AM to check in after booking online because the hotel looked clean and suitable for a family. At reception, the staff demanded all our documents at once. We asked if they could take one ID first and give us a little time to provide the rest, but the receptionist refused. We provided everything and completed check-in. The experience was disappointing, especially with my family along. We’ve filed a complaint on the consumer grievance website against the hotel and Expedia, where we booked. I wouldn’t recommend booking this hotel online.

It’s in a handy spot, close to key areas but quiet enough to feel tucked away. The staff were attentive and courteous, and ready to help when we needed anything. Our room was clean, and the property felt well cared for, with a cozy, home-like atmosphere. I’d recommend it for a welcoming, dependable stay nearby.

I especially enjoyed the breakfast, with Akhril putting together a menu that covered dishes from all over India. Thanks to Vike as well for the smooth processing and maintenance. My company paid for the room, so I enjoyed the stay all the more. The staff were cooperative and kept the room spotless. The service was really nice.

At Miraya Inn, breakfast was the highlight of a very pleasant stay. It was a simple spread, but fresh, satisfying, and nicely presented. I liked the taste and quality, and everything seemed hygienic. The poha, paratha, toast, tea, and coffee were all prepared well. The staff were polite and helpful, and the service was on time, with no delays or hassle. Breakfast felt comfortable and well managed. I’d recommend Miraya Inn for a comfortable stay and a good start to the day, and I’d happily come back.
