The rooms are big and spacious, and they're very neat and clean. Service was prompt too. I arrived early for check-in, and they arranged a room for me once one became available. The cable wasn't working, but that's something I could live with. The best part was how close it is to the airport. It's just 2kms away, so I skipped a cab or auto and decided to walk. All in all, a good experience. I'd definitely visit again.
8/10
The staff were really nice and helpful, and breakfast was included. I stayed for two weeks and found the hotel well kept, with an okay overall experience. The main snag was the Wi-Fi: the router didn't cover the whole floor very well.
2/10
They cancelled my FabHotel booking just four days before the trip, saying their “contract” was ending. There was no coordination and the whole thing felt very unprofessional. There are better places around. I wouldn't recommend it.
4/10
The rooms were the only part that felt worth it. Service was really bad, and if they can't provide an extra bed, they shouldn't charge for an extra person. For 2000, it wasn't worth it at all.
2/10
I wasn't allowed to use the washroom after checking out, and the manager was uncourteous. The rooms were small, with untidy sheets, and the overall stay wasn't great.
