The hotel’s location is its one good point. There was no proper reception, just a dusty desk with mosquitoes around it, and the corridor had no lights. One employee handed me a key without giving any information or showing much interest in service. My room was dusty and full of mosquitoes, with nothing in it. The bathroom was so poorly laid out that I couldn’t tell where it began and ended. When I went to get water from the dispenser, the staff member at reception, rahman, said it cost 20 rupees. I said I’d paid 15 the previous night to the night incharge, and he then agreed to take 15. That kind of foul play happened too. Zero cleaning, zero courtesy. Not recommended. Even if they offered a free stay, I still wouldn’t stay there. Better to go to hotel Vandana.

The rooms were tiny, more like a lounge, and dirty. The bedsheets weren’t clean, and the doors wouldn’t lock. It was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at, a completely disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend it even for a complimentary stay. If negative ratings were possible, I’d give this hotel -10.

The room wasn’t good and had no lock. The staff treated us poorly. The main staff member just watched movies on his mobile and didn’t speak to us, only talking in a voice over the internet.

We found cockroaches and insects in the room, which made the stay unpleasant. The rooms and washrooms were also not clean at all. The staff member was rude, unresponsive, and judgmental, very unprofessional behavior.

The bed was dirty, the bathroom wasn’t clean, and the lights didn’t work. The worst hotel ever. Don’t waste your money.
