The staff were friendly and polite, and the service was outstanding for reasonable rates. My room was in good condition, though cleanliness could be improved. I liked the place and think you should visit once.

I stayed for over 5 nights for a marriage function. The beds and bathrooms were tidy and spacious, and the rooms were generally tidy too. But the first-floor rooms always smelled, and during my five days there, nobody came to clean or even asked if I wanted the room cleaned.

I booked through makemytrip in March 2024, but the manager seemed unwilling to welcome guests who book through OYO or makemytrip because of the commission cut. If they don't want bookings from those partners, why accept them? The listing says breakfast is included, but that isn't true. There’s no nameplate at the property, so it’s very difficult to find. I think these folks should close their business so customers don't get harassed.

Don't go to this restaurant/hotel. Two years ago I came here and it was nice, with clean walls and no insects. When I returned yesterday for a one-day stay, roaches were crawling around the room, the walls were cracked and dirty, and both the bathroom door and a bathroom wall were broken. It felt really unhealthy, and the service was bad too. We had booked for 24 hours, but they told us to check out while we still had 8-9 hours left. They don't stick to their timing, and I'm disappointed. I wouldn't even give one star, but it wouldn't let me post without one.
