The rooms were good, but the hotel's plumbing is a serious mess. Boiling hot water comes from the health faucet, which is a serious problem, and the toilet flush doesn't work. Service was very poor, and the service guys behaved badly.

There wasn't even a single window for ventilation. The room itself was spacious, but the washbasins were dirty, sewage was blocked, and cigarette ashes were on the floor. WiFi never worked. The staff assured me it would be fixed within an hour, but that was a lie and it stayed down.

The food they serve is overpriced and tasteless, and outside food isn't allowed. I also had to pay 500 extra for my guest, even though I'd booked a full room. The WiFi never worked, and I couldn't get mobile signal either. There were cockroaches all over the dirty rooms. I complained to reception at least three times, but got excuses and no action. I booked another room and had the same problem. It ruined my whole trip, and I strongly recommend not booking here.

We booked through booking.com and found the toilet wasn't clean. When we asked for it to be cleaned, the receptionist said, “The service defers for online bookings & we wont be able to clean toilet as this is what you would get”. He was rude and refused to clean it while guests were standing right there. He doesn't seem to care about complaints. Most rooms had cockroaches, smelled bad, and the flush didn't work properly. There were no toiletries or complimentary water bottles, and the door lock was broken. We even had to ask the staff to check the geyser for warm water in the morning. Don't trust the hotel's pictures. I wish I could give it a negative rating. Never book here.
