The service was good and the staff were very good. The location, though, isn't that great.

The location is the strong point. The rooms need renovating right away, and the service could be better.

The dining area was lovely, with tasty meals and lots of options. Our two children enjoyed it and wanted us to stay longer, but sadly we couldn't. We were there for one night as a family of two adults and two kids, and had a really pleasant time. It's tucked at the corner of a lane, so it was peaceful with no traffic noise. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, and all the amenities we needed were there. Reception responded quickly and room service was prompt. I'd recommend it even to people from Pune looking for a bit of peace in the city.
