The room's AC and TV didn't work, and none of the electronic items seemed to work. The reception and hotel staff offered no help. I booked on agoda for 1100, expecting 24-hour service, but the receptionist refused that and said 1000 extra was needed for 24 hours. The service was awful.

The location is good, and the rooms are nice. Staff were supportive and cooperative, and it felt couple friendly. A nice place to stay.

I've stayed here four times and have always had a great experience. The rooms are modern, comfortable, compact but neatly arranged, and well maintained. Cleanliness was good in both the rooms and public areas, and the bathrooms had jaguar fittings. Housekeeping were great. The front desk team, including Sagar and Akshay, were very helpful. The new manager Deepak was especially helpful, down to earth, and available throughout the day. It's centrally located, too. RK's restaurant is a big part of the appeal. The food is excellent, especially the non veg, and the flavours, presentation, and portions all justify the affordable prices. They serve a welcome drink and complimentary Paan shots for dessert. Basket papad is the only kind of papad here. The ambience is lovely, with singing and tabla, and the live Bollywood-themed music is the best part. We prefer to visit again and again. The one thing that spoiled the stay was the new rule against outside food. People staying a long time may want to try other restaurants and cuisines that aren't on the menu, or order through convenience apps. You can't make guests eat only at your restaurant. Still, food from RK's was superb and arrived quickly. I'll be back soon.

The restaurant food was good, but I didn't enjoy the room stay. There wasn't even a landline in the room.
