The hotel manager spoke very badly and was unprofessional. There were serious hygiene and maintenance problems, and although I was allotted an A/C room, the A/C wasn’t working. Please don’t visit.

I booked a room that included breakfast, but didn’t get it, and room service never happened. The TV was missing and the cupboard was already broken. I’d shared this with the hotel executive in February, but he didn’t take any action.

The photos and online description didn’t match the place, and staying there was a waste of my time and money. The bathroom was in terrible shape, dirty and unhygienic, and the very small room wasn’t clean either. There was no proper safety or basic hospitality. I booked Hotel O The Royal Samrat through OYO at a confirmed price, but when I arrived, the staff rudely refused to give me a room for that rate. They said, “Do whatever you want.” It was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I waited over an hour before getting any room, and things got worse after that. I wouldn’t recommend this place for even a short stay. Avoid it if you want somewhere peaceful, clean, and safe.

The management were rude and threatening, demanding full payment upfront and then treating me like dirt. They behaved more like criminals than hotel staff. The room was filthy, with stains all over the bedsheet, and they flatly refused when I asked for a fresh one. Drinking water cost extra, which is ridiculous for a hotel. The toilets were uncleaned and unusable, there was no cleanliness anywhere, and the place felt abandoned and unhygienic. The AC didn’t cool, and there was no TV in any room. The lift felt life-threatening, like an accident waiting to happen. My stay at this so-called hotel was horrifying, worse than a nightmare. If you’re thinking of booking it, think a hundred times. It’d be better to sleep at a railway station than step foot here.
