Royal Orbit Blue by OYO Rooms

I couldn’t use the washroom all day because it was filthy and smelled bad. The room was dusty, with cockroaches and rats roaming around, and they gave us used sheets and towels. The staff were unprofessional, and the service was very poor. I’d avoid booking here.

There was no Wi-Fi, the toilet was dirty, and the room had bugs and cockroaches. The service was poor too. If you book through OYO, they may refuse the booking or claim there are no rooms, then insist you pay extra. They seem to prefer walk-ins, and online guests don’t get good service.

I wouldn’t recommend this for families. The room and bathroom were not good, and I got no service points from this hotel. I had booked online, but they refused to give me a room because of a dispute between the owner and Oyo. I did get back the portion of my payment that I’d paid to Oyo.

The room itself was neat and tidy, but the toilet seat looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. I didn’t use the toilet during my stay. They listed Wi-Fi as an amenity, but it didn’t work. It was an okay stay otherwise.
