The place has spacious rooms and is in a reachable area of Vishal Nagar. Rates are affordable, and it's couple friendly. There isn't a kitchen, but you can order from nearby restaurants. Cleanliness and service could be a bit better, though. I found some cockroaches around the bed.

It's an apartment converted into an Oyo, so don't expect a traditional hotel. It has the basics covered, from a clean toilet to a clean bed and room, and was good enough for me. The nearby locality has all kinds of everyday needs.

Rahul at the front office was ruthless and misbehaved with us. They didn't serve breakfast or provide towels, and since there was no restaurant, they brought food from a local bar. That food left us in bad health, and they charged us for everything they bought for us. Families should avoid this place. It seems more suited to dating for a day and couples than decent family stays. Please find another property nearby.

The staff were polite and the place was clean, but I was given a tiny room. There was no Wi-Fi or toiletries, despite it being an Oyo hotel. I paid 800 for the room, and I've had much better amenities at a homestay in a tourist place like Fort Kochi for 500.
