The location was the best part, right in the center. The rooms are old and nothing like the photos on social media or the web, and housekeeping wasn’t up to standard. The staff were rude, the breakfast was horrible, and the rooms weren’t good. Worst of all, the restaurant downstairs played loud music late into the night. We didn’t have a very good experience.
For a vacation, the location is really convenient, with Kiva lounge in the same building and another lounge next door. The accommodation is reasonable for such an upmarket area.
The apartments weren’t very good, and they weren’t clean.
