Treebo Trend Chetan Executive Hadapsar Phursungi

Breakfast was extremely delicious, and you get it right at 8:30am. The water facility was very good too, and we chose an AC room. The staff and owner were all extremely polite. It was the best stay I've had, and I'll meet them again soon. I couldn't leave a rating on the Treebo app, so I'm writing it here. Outside food isn't allowed, and it took a long time for them to bring food, but that wasn't a drawback for me.

I didn't actually stay. I went to check in, but after seeing the rooms I couldn't do it. From outside they looked okay, but inside there were cockroaches everywhere. In one room they were all over the washroom and window. The TV wasn't installed, maintenance was very poor, and the staff were careless and asked for more money. The online price was 1100/-, but they wanted almost 1500/- for rooms like that. They also said they wouldn't give me a room if I booked online. When I raised the cockroach problem, the staff member said there was nothing he could do and it was out of his control. After all that, I just left. Not recommended for families at all. The location is okay, with a lot of local market nearby, though it feels like a small city market. There's a bus stand close by, so lots of buses pass on the road outside, and it's always congested with traffic. There's also an alcohol shop at the bottom, and the place is full of people drinking.

The room was lovely and clean, and the washroom was super clean and hygienic. We got a warm welcome, the staff were friendly, and service and express check-in were very quick. One drawback at checkout: they want food bills paid in cash, so bring some.

I told them in advance I'd be checking in late because of my travel time. Before I arrived, they called to confirm I was still coming, and I said yes. I reached about 20 minutes later, only to be told there was no room. They asked me to wait 15 minutes while they tried to arrange one, but that turned into two hours in an empty reception, with no response from the manager. He had a lot of attitude even though the mistake was theirs. I eventually booked another hotel for myself and my family. My guess is that someone else wanted a room while I was on the way, so the receptionist called to check whether I was coming, then gave my room to that person and planned to find another one for me. They badly failed to do that. If this can happen, what's the point of booking online in advance? The worst hotel and management.
