Coral Suites Puri

The food portions were tiny and the quality was poor, with only average taste. Dining hall staff were inattentive and unprofessional. Staff behavior was bad at reception and housekeeping too. The lift was in very poor condition and could only fit 3-4 people. We had no hot water in the morning, and after calling staff we waited nearly an hour for it. The room landline didn’t work, so we had to call reception from our own phones. They didn’t give us the Wi-Fi password at check-in, and even after asking, the connection was slow and unreliable. Mobile data worked much better. The sheets, pillowcases, and towels were dirty and stained. We asked for replacements at 9 PM, but housekeeping didn’t arrive until around 11, after several calls and a trip downstairs to ask in person. The replacement linens were still unclean and stained, and the whole process took far too long. The price was much higher than what the hotel offered. To me, the stay was worth less than half of what we paid. I regret choosing it and wouldn’t recommend it.
