At check-in they first gave us a small room and told us to adjust. The room provided was misleading, and staff demanded an extra 700-/ charge for Mausi cleaning, which they never did, either at check-in or during our stay. They abused us for being Odia and behaved in a disgusting, unprofessional, and unethical way. Pranab Sadan should be blacklisted for cheating and mistreating families. Agoda has lost value for me after this visit, my first booking through them. No customer care number answered when I called. One of the most pathetic stays. Don’t stay here. These people abuse visitors from Odisha.

Even one star feels like too much for this hotel. They didn’t provide their contact details, so I had to find them through online help. When they finally spoke with me, they were very arrogant. A waste of time and effort. Please consider another place.

This was nearly three years ago, but it remains the worst property I’ve ever stayed at. The staff were rude, and one short, intoxicated staff member attacked people in my family for no reason. I’m only sharing what happened to us. What you do is your decision.

The place was very dirty, and the price situation was awful. The online rate looked low, but when we arrived, they quoted us a much higher price. A really bad hotel. Don’t go there.
