Hotel Galaxy International

Noise never let up, there was no security, and management clearly didn't care. The prices were outrageous for this much misery. The whole experience was unacceptable, humiliating, exhausting, depressing, infuriating, and hopeless. Save your time, money, and sanity. Avoid this place at all costs. From beginning to end it was a complete disaster. The rooms were filthy and stale, with a smell of neglect. The sheets looked unwashed, bathrooms were grimy, and nothing worked properly. The staff were rude, lazy, and shockingly unhelpful, acting annoyed when I asked basic questions. They ignored requests, mocked complaints, and kept breaking promises. Check-in was chaotic, and check-out was even worse.

At arrival, the staff told me they don't accept Agoda bookings because the prices are too low. I had booked through Agoda, so I had no choice but to pay extra to get a room. I strongly advise staying away from this hotel.

The rooms smelled strange, and there was fungus growing on the walls and ceilings. Everything was filthy, including the bedsheets and pillow covers, which were stained and dirty.

The room had a foul smell, and the rent is high. Drinking water isn't provided. There is parking outside. The temple is 5 km away, though the nearby beach is within walking distance.
