OYO 3072 Royal Villa

There was no proper road up to the hotel, and the surroundings smelled bad, with garbage by the dustbins. The rooms were poorly maintained. I booked during the season and arrived with my family and kids, but he ignored my booking and offered the room at a higher price. That caused us trouble. He seems to make up rules to disregard bookings whenever other customers offer more. He has also changed the hotel's name. I took pictures of the hotel from every side so nobody else gets cheated.

The hotel's pictures on OYO looked completely different from the place I found. The manager was very rude, people were drinking outside, and the hotel staff didn't seem to care about anything. Someone also scratched my car. There were drinking people shouting slang until midnight during DJ parties at the hotel. The manager brings a lot of people there for night-time enjoyment, and they provide rooms to youngsters for their needs. I would rather stay in my car than choose this hotel. I don't know how OYO selected it as a property. I wouldn't give the hotel or its staff any rating.

I paid in full, but the hotel's condition was so bad that I had to leave. The place was stinking badly. There was no jet in the toilet, bucket, mug, fan, or TV. My flight was delayed, so I arrived late, and the staff were drunk and shouting in a regional language. The building was remote, like a graveyard or kander. I have photos to prove all of this. You'd be better off on the road than in this hell of a hotel.

The hotel was outside the city limits, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. There was no mineral water or Wi-Fi, and they didn't have an extra blanket. The room wasn't clean and the bedsheet had stains. We weren't given a room key, and the manager said some guests had taken it with them. The staff were rude and unprofessional.
