The room condition is poor. Beds are often broken and propped up with a bench, and they make cracking sounds. Water leaks from the ac pipe in front of the entrance, so an accident could happen at any time. The bathroom is dirty, most taps don't work, and there's no latch on the inside of the door. Rooms aren't cleaned properly, and the slider windows don't work. There is no room service, just self service, and only one staff member, who is very rough. The place doesn't feel safe for a family, and the price per night is high for the facilities. The photos on the sites are nowhere close to reality. After you book from OYO, the owner tells you to cancel with OYO and pay him directly. This property is nowhere near worth even one star out of five.

We went there during Christmas'23, and the place felt completely unsafe. They take online bookings, then send you to this cheap class hotel with filthy rooms. The caretaker is a total jerk who doesn't speak properly. The management and hotel are partners in crime with Oyo Sea Garden. Avoid this place if you want peace of mind and safety.

I left after barely an hour because the surroundings made me uneasy. When I returned the key, nobody was at reception. After several calls, the man in charge finally answered and said he was sleeping, so I should leave the key on the table and go. Asked why reception was empty, he said, “Hamara hotel chota hai we don't have time for all these things.” There wasn't a proper reception area, no hot water, and the bathroom was worse than a public restroom. The only person managing the place was pathetic, wouldn't answer calls, and asked for extra money for room cleaning, which felt like an obvious scam. I booked through Agoda and regret not reading the reviews first. Worst hotel ever. Don't even consider staying here for free.

After a confirmed OYO booking, they still refused to check us in when we arrived in the evening with family. OYO kept me on the phone for two hours but couldn't persuade the property manager. We eventually got in at night somehow, after having to look elsewhere for accommodation. There was no reception area or service, just one person with a rude attitude. I suspect OYO and the manager are in cahoots, since guests are apparently asked to pay more once they arrive, after they've already been drawn in by the booking. This felt risky for family safety. Never book this hotel, and I'd avoid OYO too. Delete the app or stay off their booking site.
