Aparna at the front desk impressed me a lot. She even worked to change my room to make me more comfortable. At the restaurant, monalisha stood out with her smile, quick service, and humble manner. Nilesh, biman, and pragya were very receptive, and Atanu was effective as well. I wish this team and Pride Ananya a bright future. I also sincerely thank the hotel's MD, Padi Babu, for making my darshan of Lord Jagannath very smooth. Jai Jagannath. This is a luxury hotel in a very prime location in the heart of Puri city in Orissa. The breakfast spread was good, and the food tasted good. My favourite dish was mushroom masala with tawa chapati. Its taste was unforgettable and couldn't be compared.

The restaurant service really stood out. Mr. Panchanan was attentive, polite, and dedicated, and his hospitality gave our dining experience a personal touch. I had a wonderful stay at Pride Ananya Resort. The property was well maintained, the ambience peaceful, and the room comfortable and clean. A great place to stay in Puri, with excellent service. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

The swimming pool was properly maintained, and my daughter had a great time in it. The hotel is very clean, and room service is immediate. Everyone was polite and smart. Breakfast was yummy, with tasty items and all kinds of food. The staff even arranged an auto for us to go to the temple. Projeta is so kind, polite, and smart, with a good nature. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Puri.

I stayed for two days, 13th and 14th February, 2026, on a SOMANS group tour. The hotel was very good, clean, neat, and service oriented. The restaurant food was delicious. PANCHANAN and the other restaurant staff provided remarkable service. No adverse comments, so I recommend it.
