I’m from kashmir and had a really pleasant stay here. The staff were very well-behaved, and the hospitality was excellent. Special thanks to the manager for his warm service and good behavior, which made my stay even better. Highly recommend it.

The hotel is close to Dargah Sharif Main Gate, and Buland Darwaza is a five-minute walk away. There’s a restaurant on the terrace that’s handy if you don’t want to go out, and they’ll bring food to your room. Hukkah is available too. The lobby is pretty good, and the lift is a must for older people.

Room service at Alishan was good, though I think they should set a more reasonable room rate. The railway station is only about 900 metres away, but getting an auto from the market area was difficult because of the crowds and police restrictions. I had to walk roughly 500 metres before I could find one.

The room was neat and clean, and the hotel was very good. Food was just average.

The standout for me was the terrace. Sitting there and taking in that beautiful view was lovely. The room was good too.
