Lohana Village Resort

Our group of 18, including children and women, stayed here on a friends and family trip to Pushkar. The cottages are hut-style, with lovely natural surroundings, a large garden with a bonfire area, and a big, clean pool. Food was very good, the staff were cooperative, and the owner was really nice. The room price was reasonable too. I'd recommend it to people close to me.

There’s plenty of greenery and space here, with lots of outdoor seating. The cottages sit close together around an open lawn, which works well for a group outing. But some basics are missing: hot water wasn’t available, the WiFi connection was poor, and power cuts can happen.

The beds were comfortable, rooms a good size, and the food tasted good. Service staff were exceptionally good and quick, and the property was reasonably priced. Still, there seemed to be too few staff, and the place wasn’t well maintained overall. The lunch and breakfast area gets quite hot, with no AC, so guests may struggle if the weather isn’t kind. We also had two spells without tap water during our 24-hour stay, including while showering, which was frustrating. It could work for a group of bachelors, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a family trip.

We got a great deal at 3k for our group of 11 adults aged 22-35, and the rooms were good with very clean bathrooms. We booked at the last minute and weren’t sure what to expect. We were delayed getting there after visiting several places from Ajmer, and the resort guy called to check when we’d arrive. We finally made it at 10:40 pm. Even though the kitchen closed at 10, he’d helped arrange food when I called, and the staff quickly showed us the rooms and set up a bonfire. Dinner was ready as we changed, tasted great, and was much better than expected. We chatted around the fire until late and went to bed around 3 in the morning. At 7, we woke to an amazing cloudy, windy view, just right for me. We used the pool and wandered around; the place is really nice. Breakfast was amazing too. I’d visit again.
