The pool area was serene, and the views and refreshing feel of the place made the stay memorable. The food had plenty of delicious options, and the hospitality was exceptional. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Pushkar Resort is beautifully maintained, surrounded by peaceful nature, and the warm, polite staff were always ready to help with a smile.

Hygiene was a serious problem. The quilt and sheets had visible stains, cleanliness overall was poor, and the room chairs were hard and lacked proper cushioning. Loud music from what seemed to be a wedding or sangeet, along with a live band, kept us from sleeping. It carried on late and started again early, disturbing the entire night. We arrived around 10:30 PM hoping to rest, but check-in was badly managed and delayed. Once it was done, I had to ask at least four or five times before anyone brought our luggage. At the restaurant, the person taking the order seemed confused, so we eventually asked the chef to take it himself. We clearly asked for food that wasn't oily, yet the gravy was full of oil. The food was below average and service extremely slow. There was nothing comfortable or pleasant about this stay. I wouldn't recommend Pushkar Resorts and Spa to anyone seeking a peaceful or hygienic stay. It was very disappointing.

The comfortable rooms and excellent food added to the enjoyable hospitality at Pushkara Resort. I attended a wedding festival there, and the beautiful property, well-kept surroundings, and lovely ambience made it a great setting for celebrations and a relaxing stay.

The buffet had a good range and tasted good. We booked breakfast and dinner, and also ate lunch there. We enjoyed both the food and the restaurant service. The resort is well maintained, with nice views, and the grounds and food make up for a lot. It sits on the highway about 4 kms before Pushkar, with mountains and forest behind it and small sand dunes on one side. That makes for a picturesque setting. The cottages and rooms in the main building are good and well appointed. The cabanas, or luxury tents, are very large, and some have a jacuzzi. We stayed in one with a jacuzzi, but sound carries everywhere. Even small noises from a neighboring tent, or from your own toilet, flush, and wash basin tap, can be heard by adjoining guests. At night the entire cabana block was empty, which felt scary since it's by a forest and away from the main building. The front office was far too professional for hospitality, where that kind of formality can come across as arrogance. After check-in, we were told a welcome platter and fruit platter would come to the room, but the fruit never arrived. My 7-year-old daughter called to ask for one more slice of cake and was clearly refused. If it wasn't complimentary, they could have charged us and sent it.
